Limerick FC Academy will hold a registration and information eveing for parents of girls and boys wishing to join for the 2011-12 season.

Venue:	Punch's Hotel, Punch's Cross
Date:	Thursday 11 August
Time:	8:00pm - 9:00pm

Please bring the following items:

• Completed application form
• Two copies of birthcert (if you have not already submitted these)
• Membership Fee or deposit (completed soccerthon fundraising card)

Membership Fee should be paid in full by 27 September, when Club Kit will be distributed to players.
